Many people want to know all the rules and guidelines that apply during the season. Listing rules is a never ending challenge. We have a Big 3 plus a bonus.
Rule 1: Be on time. Practices begin and end at specific times. If you are dropping your daughter off, be early. If you are picking up your daughter, be early. We don't care if you needed to pick up food beforehand making you late. If you are picking up your daughter after a game, be early. If you know you will be late, make arrangements with another parent, family member to pick your daughter up on time. (During the first week, we may go over the listed time, be patient.... it is the most difficult week for organization)
Rule 2: Be respectful. Don't gossip or talk about others in person, on your social media site or anywhere.... unless it is positive. Be respectful of the coaches time, be respectful of others. Loose lips hurt teams and players.
Rule 3: The coach's "common sense" mindset prevails and wins every time.
And a bonus .... don't talk to the coaches before or after a game. You can say hi, great game, hello, that was fun to watch..... but we will not discuss your daughter, her playing time, position, etc.
